Orders placed before 2P.M CST. Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 P.M EST may be shipped the following business day. In the event an item is not in stock, we will notify you within one business day. Your order will be delivered in 1-5 business days**** depending on your distance from Minneapolis, MN. Delivery days begin the day after shipping. Allow additional transit time for drop-shipped items. Your order will be sent via Spee Dee Delivery, UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Delivery Monday thru Friday only. Our primary service outside the upper Midwest is UPS Ground and you will see a map above for delivery times. Small items will ship USPS.
Saturday Delivery is available for an additional charge. If you desire Saturday Delivery, please call 800-949-3566 to order.
A few large items may have additional shipping costs. This will be noted in the product description.
Customers will only pay one shipping fee and will not be charged additional shipping fees for backordered items. Customers can call and request that their shipment be delayed until all items are available. Customers will be emailed with an order confirmation within 24 hours of their package shipping. If you require a tracking #, please note that in the comments section of the order form.
From time to time, we run free shipping promotions and/or discount coupons that can mean customers may have ordered just prior to a promotion, having paid a shipping fee or missed the discount promotion. We sincerely apologize for this but we cannot refund shipping charges or apply discounts on orders placed prior to a promotion. If, however, your order was placed within 24 hrs of the beginning of a promotion, we will gladly issue you a store credit for that amount to be used toward future purchases.
International Orders:
WE ARE NOT ABLE TO PROCESS NON-U.S. CREDIT CARDS ON OUR WEBSITE. But Lake Elmo Sports ship products world wide to all countries legally able to do business with the United States. We ship via FEDEX, UPS, USPS and DHL. Please call for International Shipping Rates or expedited service. Lake Elmo Sports charges per shipment and not per item. We will not ship C.O.D. to destinations outside the U.S.

Need to return something? No problem! We are sure you will be pleased with our top-quality merchandise, low prices and fast, dependable service. However, at our discretion, there may be a 15% restocking/return fee. (Custom tied orders, however, are not returnable).
